1.1 Respect staff and members at all times.
1.2 No abusive language, harassment or disruptive behaviour.
1.3 No smoking, alcohol or illegal substances on the premises
1.4 No vulgar or offensive language.
1.5 No harassment, discrimination, or sexual misconduct.
1.6 No physical fighting, threats, or violence.
1.7 Respect for staff, trainers, and other members at all times
2.1 Membership cards must be presented on entry (non-transferable).
2.2 Replacement cards will incur a fee.
2.3 Management reserves the right of admission.
2.4 Day-pass visitors must complete the Access Sheet.
3.1 Use equipment responsibly and follow staff instructions.
3.2 Replace weights and wipe equipment after use.
3.3 Do not drop weights or misuse machines.
3.4 No photography of members without consent.
4.1 Members must be medically fit to exercise.
4.2 Report injuries or accidents immediately to staff.
4.3 Wear appropriate footwear and attire at all times.
4.4 Emergency exits and fire equipment must not be obstructed.
5.1 Under 12: may only wait in the designated waiting area, no training.
5.2 12–13: may train under the supervision of a parent/guardian.
5.3 14–17: may train independently.
6.1 Bookings may be required.
6.2 Members should arrive on time.
6.3 Instructor’s directions must be followed.
7.1 Only authorised trainers permitted.
7.2 External trainers require agreement with management.
8.1 Lockers are provided for members’ convenience.
8.2 Items are left at the member’s own risk.
8.3 The Gym is not liable for any lost or stolen items.
8.4 Lockers are for temporary daily use only.
8.5 The Gym accepts no responsibility for items left unattended or overnight.
8.6 Items left overnight will be cleared and stored in Lost and Found for seven (7) days before disposal.
9.1 Members must wear clean attire and deodorant at all times.
9.2 Towels must be used on all equipment and mats.
9.3 Members must wear appropriate, non-revealing gym attire and proper footwear. Barefoot training is not permitted except in designated classes.
9.4 Bathrooms and shower areas must be kept clean and free of litter.
9.5 No photography or recording is permitted in bathrooms or changing areas.
9.6 Any damage, spillages, or hygiene issues must be reported immediately to Gym staff.
10.1 The use, possession or distribution of alcohol, narcotics or performance-enhancing substances on the premises is strictly prohibited.
10.2 Members suspected of being under the influence of alcohol or drugs may be refused entry.
10.3 Breach of this rule may result in immediate suspension or termination of membership.
11.1 Members may not play loud or disruptive personal music within the facility.
11.2 Headphones must be used when listening to personal devices.
11.3 Music during official group exercise classes is permitted at management-approved levels.
